The staff collaborate with the local colleges and the community for work experience and help students develop their skills in preparation for uni. The service users are really sweet and always have activities on and BBQs. Most have lived for long time which shows how good quality their service is if they've stayed 15-20+ years.
Good home and a good starting point for support workers. Support workers care very much about the service users. And its a very good place to learn the trade of support working.
